Puyallup daffodil parade

Two weekends ago we had the Puyallup daffodil parade.  The weather was so nice we just had to go! We were so surprised at how much Jackson liked it. He paid attention so well, he just sat on the sidewalk and soaked it all in.  And we are always so impressed with how much he loves his glasses and keeps them on for everything.
Eating his goldfish on our walk to the parade.
Waiting with dad for the parade to start

Some of the cool floats for the parade

This little girl, Jemma, is one of Jackson's best friends.  She lives right next to us, and they love getting together and playing with each other.  She's over a year older, but they get along so well. She can never call him just Jackson, it has to be "baby Jackson", she's so cute :)

I love this picture of the two of them from the back :)
A daffodil dad got for Jackson from one of the floats

Silly Boy!

So the other day I went to get Jackson from his nap...and this is how I found him...
 Showing some shoulder :)
Jackson is at such a fun age! He is starting to really play with Don and I.  His new favorite game?...Hide and Seek and he has discovered the perfect spot for it! (Don't mind our half naked child...I think it's a stage) haha
Getting ready to get into position
Waiting for me to find him
"Aw mom, you found me! But I bet I tricked you!"
"Lets do that again, it is SOOOO fun!!!!"

My Birthday and Easter

My Birthday was perfect this year! We had my cake and ice cream on Easter and on my actual birthday we went and saw the movie the Hunger Games. So good!

I found this on Pinterest and really liked it, so what does Don do you ask??? Gives it to me for my birthday! :) We are still going to put hooks below it for holding my measuring spoons and cups, it was a perfect birthday present, he is always so thoughtful about the gifts he gives me!
Our good friends Andrea and Marv spoiled me for my birthday. They had us over for a turkey dinner on Monday and they gave me some new gladware containers and this beautiful flower which is still bloomed and beautiful! I love it and it smells so good!
So for Easter our ward did an Easter egg hunt on Saturday and I was actually surprised at how well Jackson did! He didn't care about the candy in the egg, but he definitely wanted to keep all the plastic eggs.  Now that they are on sell, maybe we will go get him some for his toy box! :) The weather that day was perfect, it was nice and sunny...we finally pulled out shorts and put our jackets away for the day!

The whole grass area at the church looked like this....the kids had WAY too much fun! :)
It was so hot in our house I thought Lincoln would love to wear this outfit...he's pretty cute :)
"Hum...I wonder why this camera is always in my face?".....I guess we can't get enough of him! Hope everyone had an amazing Easter, and spent time reflecting on the life and resurrection of the Savior. How blessed we all are!

Family Pictures

So the girl who took our family pictures gave us the CD with all the pictures on it today...they turned out so cute! I've put some of my favorites on here.  She was so accommodating, she took newborn pictures, pictures of Jackson and family pictures! We haven't gotten family pictures in a really long time so I was really excited! I must say that I am extremely blessed...my 3 boys bring a happiness and joy into my life that can never be replaced. I love them all so very much.

Lincoln finally made his debute!

Okay, So I have been so bad at blogging lately, but I guess I have a pretty cute excuse :) A lot of changes have happened over the past couple weeks and Don and I are trying to adjust and get used to having two little ones around.  Lincoln is a lot different than Jackson, he doesn't like his sleep at all! Jackson gets more sleep than he does! Lincoln maybe sleeps about 12 hours a day which is very unusual for a new baby...so it's safe to say that Don and I are quite sleep deprived. He also has to be held all the time or he cries. It makes me realize that Jackson was a very easy baby!! Maybe it will be something Lincoln out grows....fingers crossed! :) But I'm not going to lie, he already has his parents wrapped around his finger...he is handsome little guy, and brings a sweet, special spirit into our home. Don and I feel very blessed to have another little one in our lives. Life is good! :)  Lincoln was able to stay with me in the hospital, it was so nice not having him rushed to the NICU. Lincoln was 20 inches tall, and weighed 6 lbs 12 oz!

Here's Lincoln taking his first bath, he did really well, a lot better than Jackson did with his!
All the boys...I sure love them.  Jackson is such a sweet brother. He already tries to share all of his toys and his binky with him. He gets very concerned for him when he cries and rushes to us with the look of  "Hello??? Aren't you going to do something, he's sad?!?!?!"
Jackson playing....he is getting so big, where did my little baby go?
Lincoln with dad....he is such an alert baby!
Jackson loves his shades...you can just tell from the look on his face! He knows he's cool when he's wearing them! :)
Jackson already loves giving his brother kisses...I think Lincoln got about 20 that night! :)
Me holding my two babes!  I should have yanked away those little blue things for the picture...oh well! :)
Lincoln playing with dad. Lincoln already has such a strong neck and can hold up his head pretty good!
So this picture is a little over exposed, but it shows his dimples pretty good.  His right dimple is really big, the left one is smaller, but we have no idea where he got them from. Nobody on either side of our families have dimples....oh well, I think dimples are so cute! :)
I love this picture...and look at all that hair!
This is a picture of Jackson watching Baby Einstein MacDonald, we got it from the library, and in case you couldn't tell....he LOVED it! :)
Don and I feel very blessed to have these two boys in our lives!
